Crowe is seeking a Power Platform Engineering Specialist to join their agile/scrum Product Engineering team in Louisville, KY. The role involves owning major engineering initiatives and delivering solutions using various core technology frameworks and methodologies.

As a Power Platform Engineering Specialist, you will demonstrate strong competence in technology frameworks, translate complex technical needs into meaningful solutions, and influence the direction of tools and standards for your team. You will ensure software quality, security, and scalability while effectively communicating technical risks and trade-offs to facilitate informed decision-making.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Information Systems, engineering fields, MCA, or equivalent experience.
- 8 – 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Excellent experience with C#, HTML, CSS, JS/jQuery.
- Experience with Power Platform development via Plugins/Workflows/Actions concepts.
Preferred:
- Experience in .Net applications and SQL Server platform using T-SQL, stored procedures, and functions.
- Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services and/or Power BI reporting concepts.
- 2+ years of experience working with Power Automate (MS Flow).
- Experience with building Azure services such as Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, and Azure Logic Apps.
- 1 or more technology certifications.
