About You
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Completion of a medical assistant program meeting certification eligibility requirements.
- Certification as a Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, CCMA, NCMA, or CMAC).
- CPR certification.
- Solid verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to lift 25 pounds.
- Experience as a medical assistant or in a physician's office.
- Knowledge of clinical and clerical operations.
- Familiarity with service excellence and clinical quality initiatives.
- Experience with computers and electronic medical records.
