About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in public relations, communications, or related roles, preferably within the healthcare industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful PR and communication strategies and campaigns.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling messages for various audiences and channels.
- Strong media relations skills, with a solid network of media contacts and experience in securing positive media coverage.
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, while meeting deadlines and maintaining attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms, including media monitoring software, content management systems, and social media management tools.
- Demonstrated crisis management skills and the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including executives, staff, media, and community partners.
- Knowledge of healthcare industry regulations, trends, and best practices is highly desirable.
