Toptal is seeking a Practice Director, Sales to join their team remotely. The role involves driving the growth, delivery excellence, and commercial success of Toptal's Sales Service Offering.
About the Role
As the Practice Director, Sales, you will lead client engagements, drive commercial growth, and build long-term client partnerships. You will partner with Toptal leadership to develop the strategic roadmap for the Sales Practice, design and scale differentiated service offerings, and ensure delivery excellence. Additionally, you will represent Toptal Sales as a trusted authority in revenue acceleration and contribute to market education.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree is required; MBA is preferred.
8+ years of experience in Sales, with at least 5+ years in a Sales Leadership role.
Experience with sales technology and automation, including familiarity with CRM systems.
Proven track record leading consultative, client-facing engagements.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
Recognized thought leadership in sales transformation or revenue excellence.
Experience designing, packaging, and scaling service offerings.
