About the Role
As a Practice Leader, you will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic growth plan, maintaining deep client relationships, leading business development efforts, ensuring project delivery oversight, and mentoring team members. You will also monitor financial performance and collaborate with various teams to align project scope and client expectations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 15 years of experience in the professional services industry, ideally in planning, design, or architecture.
- At least 5 years of experience leading a practice area or market sector.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in a relevant field.
- Professional licensure in a relevant discipline.
- Familiarity with project management platforms, CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and business analytics.
