About the Role
As a Practice Manager, you will be responsible for the overall success of one or more assigned medical practices, providing strategic leadership, managing daily operations, and ensuring effective communication among staff and providers. You will oversee financial management, staff training, and the implementation of practice growth plans.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Three years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
- Knowledge and proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Preferred:
- Certification as a Certified Professional Coder (CPC), Certified Professional Biller (CPB), or Certified Physician Practice Manager (CPPM).
- Knowledge and utilization of all Microsoft products.
