About the Role
As the Practice Operations and Projects Lead, you will manage Zendesk ticketing operations related to clinic facilities, vendor management, and supply logistics. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, and Client Service Delivery teams to ensure efficient processes and support strategic initiatives such as new clinic launches and operational improvements. Your responsibilities will include overseeing daily ticket operations, leading operational projects, and providing on-site support during major projects.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Operations, or a related field preferred.
3-5 years of experience in healthcare operations, facilities coordination, or administrative project management.
Experience working with Zendesk, Wrike, or other workflow management and ticketing systems required.
