About the Role
As a Practice Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing office productivity, expenses, and patient satisfaction. Your daily tasks will include coordinating staff, monitoring attendance, identifying inefficiencies, ensuring compliance with policies, and collaborating with the Service Line Director on hiring and performance management.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED; associate’s degree preferred.
- Two+ years’ experience in an outpatient office environment; 1+ year supervisory/managerial experience preferred.
- Proven experience in all aspects of medical practice.
- Excellent organization and communication skills.
- Proficient use of computers and electronic medical records.
- Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to successfully collaborate with all levels within the organization.
