About the Role
As a Pre-Litigation Case Management Trainer, you will facilitate training sessions for new hires on all aspects of pre-litigation personal injury case management. Responsibilities include serving as a Subject Matter Expert, developing assessments to measure training effectiveness, enhancing training programs based on feedback, maintaining knowledge of industry trends, providing 1:1 coaching, and demonstrating multitasking abilities in a remote training environment.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in pre-litigation personal injury case management.
- 2+ years of experience facilitating training or onboarding.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor others.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with case management systems.
Preferred:
- Experience in a fast-paced, remote training environment.
