About the Role
As a Pre-Construction Coordinator, you will work closely with senior estimators and project leaders to ensure accurate and competitive pricing. Your responsibilities will include assisting with quantity take-offs, reviewing project drawings and specifications, supporting the development of bid packages, coordinating with vendors and subcontractors for pricing, maintaining organized documentation, and assisting in value engineering and scope clarification efforts.
About You
Required:
- Experience in electrical estimating or construction support roles.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
- Proficiency with estimating software and Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
