About the Role
As a Pre-Litigation Operations Associate, you will be responsible for opening insurance claims, managing medical records, obtaining police reports, coordinating client care, and supporting demand preparation. You will work closely with attorneys and team members to maintain comprehensive case files and ensure efficient case progression.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of experience in personal injury legal operations, case management, or insurance claims.
- Highly detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.
- Strong communication skills with clients, medical providers, attorneys, and insurers.
Preferred:
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Ability to take ownership of work and maintain high standards of quality and accountability.
- Strong time management skills.
