About the Role
As a Pre-OP/PACU/Block Nurse, you will be responsible for overseeing patient care activities in the operating room, performing preoperative assessments, ensuring the availability of necessary supplies and equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. You will also be involved in patient education and documentation, as well as collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
About You
Required:
- Current Texas RN license.
- BLS and ACLS certification.
- Two years of experience as an operating room nurse.
Preferred:
- IV skills.
- Experience in circulating all types of surgical cases.
