About the Role
As a Pre-OP/OR/PACU Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for setting priorities in planning cases, making clinical decisions, and providing care for patients undergoing surgery. You will assist with pre-operative and post-operative nursing care, exhibit competency in all functions of the assigned area, and adhere to infection control standards and patient safety protocols.
About You
Required:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in California.
- Critical thinking skills.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification.
Preferred:
- Documentation and confirmation of one year of operating room / ASC experience.
- Prior experience in Ophthalmology and/or ASC.
