About the Role
As the Precision Medicine MA Global Strategic Lead, you will be accountable for the strategic oversight and support of evidence generation activities related to CDx/PM. You will lead the development of Medical Product Strategy, ensure alignment with commercial teams, and foster cross-functional collaboration to implement CDx/PM tactics. Your responsibilities will also include stakeholder engagement, coaching team members, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.
About You
Required:
- A medical degree (MD or equivalent) or Doctorate degree in Pharmacy or Pharmacology recognized by a leading governing body.
- Minimum 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in Pharmaceutical Medicine including 5 years in the CDx/PM space.
Preferred:
- Medically qualified with at least 5 years of direct patient care.
- Work experience across multiple cultures and countries/regions.
