About the Role
As a Prekindergarten Teacher Assistant, you will be responsible for developing respectful relationships with children and families, meeting the social, emotional, physical, and cognitive needs of each child, and assisting in maintaining a clean and stimulating classroom environment. You will also support the Lead Teacher in lesson planning and classroom management, while demonstrating strong interpersonal communication skills and teamwork.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to manage the classroom through positive redirection and problem-solving.
Preferred:
- Associate's degree in education or a related field.
- 1 year of experience in childcare, classroom management, or teaching.
