About the Role

As a Premier Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for engaging with potential high-net-worth clients, conducting proactive outreach, and providing high-touch service. Your tasks will include understanding Morgan Stanley's products, acting as a liaison for client inquiries, exceeding client expectations, and identifying new asset opportunities. You will also focus on improving overall performance and customer satisfaction while adhering to company policies.

About You

Required:

Minimum 1 year of client service experience.
FINRA Series 7 and 63 (or equivalent), and ability to be registered in all states and territories.

Preferred:

Bachelor’s Degree.
Excellent business development and sales skills.
Experience in understanding the financial needs of retail brokerage clientele.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Highly collaborative in a team-oriented environment.
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced business environment.
Outstanding oral/written communication skills.
