About the Role
As a Preop Discharge Unit Clinical Nurse II, you will provide professional nursing care in collaboration with patients and their families, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure adherence to quality and safety standards. Your responsibilities will include collecting and analyzing patient information, identifying complex problems, planning interventions, and advocating for patients. You will also maintain a safe environment, demonstrate leadership, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited academic nursing program.
- 1-2 years RN experience.
- RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure in the state or jurisdiction of the facility.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited academic nursing program.
- CPR certification for healthcare providers from AHA or American Red Cross within 90 days.
- C-EFM certification for Perinatal nurses within 12 months from date of hire.
