About the Role
As a Presales Architect, you will be responsible for driving the technical sales process, understanding the IT Operations and cloud native markets, and acting as a trusted advisor to customers. Your tasks will include delivering compelling demonstrations, managing Proofs of Concept, and communicating customer feedback to product development teams.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of Solution Architecture experience.
- Strong understanding of IT Operations and cloud native markets.
- Familiarity with technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, and other container technologies.
- Programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, PHP, JSON, NodeJS, or JavaScript.
- Ability to design implementation architectures and build integrations using REST APIs.
Preferred:
- Experience in IT Operations Management (ITOM).
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and solve customer challenges.
