About the Role
As a Preschool Associate Teacher, you will create and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum, maintain supportive learning environments, and provide excellent customer service by building relationships with children, families, and the community. You will ensure children's safety and well-being through proper supervision and positive interactions, while collaborating with fellow staff to deliver high-quality educational programs.
About You
Required:
- 12-24 postsecondary semester or equivalent quarter units in Early Childhood Education (ECE), Child Development (CD), or a related field with passing grades of C- or better.
- Associate Teacher Permit or above issued by the California Commission on Teacher Credentialing.
Preferred:
- 6-12 months of experience in a group care environment with a consistent age group.
- Current adult and infant/child CPR & First Aid certification.
- Bilingual/multilingual language preference based on individual center needs.
