About the Role
As a Preschool Early Childhood Teacher, you will be responsible for implementing educational curriculum, planning age-appropriate activities, maintaining communication with parents, ensuring compliance with center policies and state regulations, and supervising teacher assistants. You will create a safe and stimulating environment that fosters children's cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of 2 years of professional child care experience.
- Associate’s Degree in early childhood education or related field with a minimum of 30 Credits in ECE.
- Strong oral and written communication skills and basic computer skills.
- Infant/child CPR and First Aid certification.
- Ability to clear full background check and pass health screening.
Preferred:
- Strong understanding of child development.
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- High energy and ability to work well with others.
