About the Role
As a Preschool Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for processing incoming referrals for Early Intervention and Preschool Special Education, maintaining child demographic information, scheduling services, and communicating with parents regarding their child's needs. You will also assist with documentation and data maintenance projects.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma with some college preferred.
- 3-5 years office experience.
- CLAIMS experience.
- Comfortable with Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel.
Preferred:
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Excellent time management/organizational skills.
- Strong work ethic.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
