Acquire4Hire is seeking a Preschool Teacher to join their team at The Oaks Children's Academy in North Charleston, SC. The role involves creating and leading activities for children, ensuring a safe and clean classroom environment, and communicating with parents about their child's progress.
About the Role
As a Preschool Teacher, you will create and lead activities based on children's interests and needs, communicate daily with parents, and maintain a safe and clean classroom. You will also plan and conduct effective child development programs, initiate daily classroom activities, and ensure childcare routines are carried out hygienically and consistently.
About You
Required:
- At least 18 years of age with a high school diploma or GED required.
- At least six months of experience working in child care, daycare, or preschool preferred.
Preferred:
- A minimum of 6 months experience working in a DSS licensed facility.
- ECD 101 certification (if not, TOCA will assist with getting employees enrolled).
- CPR/First aid certified (if not, all employees will gain certification during employment with TOCA).
