Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
Preferred:
- Experience in a healthcare or administrative role.
- Familiarity with Google Drive and multi-line phone systems.
- Customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
