About You
- 1 to 2 years of experience in a Call Center or Customer Service environment with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- 1 to 2 years of experience handling sensitive information and/or knowledge of HIPAA regulations.
- Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- An Associate's degree or equivalent certification.
- Prior experience with Patient Prescription Records.
- Legal or paralegal experience.
