You will have the autonomy to expand market presence and deepen client relationships while benefiting from a competitive compensation structure that includes substantial equity.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of experience in construction, specialty contracting, or building materials with strong operational leadership background.
- Proven track record managing budgets, financial analysis, and driving profitability.
- Experience managing crews, installers, or project managers; ability to build a high-performance culture.
- Familiarity with estimating, bidding, project management, and large-scale installations.
- Ability to manage client relationships, secure new contracts, and grow market share.
- Understanding of commercial door, frame, and hardware systems; knowledge of union labor operations is a plus.
- California Contractors License C-61 and D-28.
