About the Role
As a Press-1st Operator, you will be responsible for operating the printing press, ensuring print quality meets specifications, and adjusting colors as necessary. You will also handle plant equipment and supplies, work collaboratively with the 2nd Pressman, and follow all safety and quality procedures related to food production.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 3 years' experience in printing press; offset press experience strongly preferred.
- Ability to read and interpret work orders, proofs, and spec sheets.
- Ability to effectively communicate with fellow employees.
