Summary
One Park Financial is seeking a Pricing Analyst to join their team in Salt Lake City, UT. The role involves credit decisioning and analysis for Small Business Loans as part of the company's expansion into Utah.
About the Role
As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive risk assessments and analyses to offer business loans for small businesses. Your daily tasks will include reviewing business bank statements and credit profiles, analyzing risk factors, and evaluating pricing strategies. You will report directly to the Director of Pricing and play a key role in underwriting and pricing new and renewal business loans.
About You
Required:
- 2+ years' experience in risk, underwriting, finance or analytical positions.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Familiar with credit bureaus and other risk assessment tools.
- Business and/or subprime lending experience.
- Bilingual in English & Spanish.
