Solve Industrial Motion Group is seeking a Pricing Manager (Industrial Industry) to join their team in Charlotte, NC. The role involves developing and implementing a modern pricing framework to enhance value, margin, and competitive positioning.
About the Role
As a Pricing Manager, you will report to the Chief Commercial Officer and be responsible for leading pricing strategies, managing a team of Proposal & Pricing Specialists, and collaborating with various departments to drive profitability and strategic initiatives. Your responsibilities will include building a long-term pricing roadmap, conducting market intelligence, partnering with Sales and Finance, and implementing pricing governance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Engineering or related field.
- 5+ years of pricing, commercial strategy, or financial analysis experience in industrial manufacturing and distribution.
- 3+ years managing people.
- Strong analytical and modeling skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficient in ERP operating systems (ideally P21/Epicor).
Preferred:
- Strong product and industry acumen.
- Experience leading and managing projects.
