Salesforce is seeking a Pricing Strategy, Manager/Senior Manager to join their team in San Francisco, CA. The role involves supporting and driving change for Salesforce products as part of the Pricing Strategy team.
About the Role
As a Manager/Senior Manager in Pricing Strategy, you will investigate and evaluate pricing and packaging strategies to leverage market opportunities for Salesforce growth. You will collaborate with product and marketing leaders to craft new business models, define strategies for new offerings, optimize existing offers, and drive overall monetization. Your responsibilities will include developing long-term pricing strategies, making data-driven recommendations, and communicating pricing concepts to executive leadership.
About You
Required:
8+ years of working experience.
Superior analytical, strategic, communication, and organizational skills.
High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects.
Ability to identify and develop solutions to complex problems.
Strong communication skills to convey concepts to various audiences.
Experience in analyzing quantitative and qualitative data.
Intellectually curious and creative strategic thinker.
Ability to influence and set direction with executive leadership.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint.
Bachelor's degree.
Preferred:
4+ years of SaaS Pricing Strategy experience.
4+ years of experience in a software technology company.
Experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or product management.
MBA preferred.
