About the Role
As a Primary Care Advanced Practice Clinician, you will work in a team-based practice model, managing an average daily patient census of 16-18 patients. You will be responsible for seeing patients of all ages, performing general in-office procedures, and utilizing EMR systems like EPIC and DAX for documentation. The position offers a flexible schedule with options for full-time or part-time work, including a 4-day work week.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree from a four-year college and/or a professional certification beyond a four-year college.
- Unrestricted license to practice medicine in the state of Oregon or ability to obtain.
- Certificate of completion from an accredited Nurse Practitioner/Physician Associate Program.
- Current BLS from the American Heart Association required prior to start.
- Excellent patient care and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, team player, adaptable to changing priorities.
Preferred:
- 1+ years of experience in Primary Care or managed care setting.
