About the Role
About You
- Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.) degree from a U.S. accredited institution.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, and/or Geriatric Medicine.
- Valid, unrestricted medical license in the state of employment.
- Active/Unrestricted DEA license.
- Active BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Two years' experience in an out-patient setting.
- Active/Unrestricted Medicare and Medicaid numbers.
- Experience in Commercial and Medicare Advantage patient management.
- Knowledge of Medicare coverage and guidelines.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of diagnostic equipment and procedures.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Critical-thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer/Technology Savvy – Microsoft Programs and Athena EMR.
