As a Primary Care Physician, you will manage a panel of patients, addressing both acute and chronic care needs. Your responsibilities include developing a high-functioning care team, providing counseling and education to patients and families, collaborating with healthcare professionals, performing minor outpatient procedures, and ensuring accurate documentation. You will also provide after-hours care support as part of the on-call program.
