About the Role
As a Primary Care Physician, you will evaluate and treat patients, coordinate services, and participate in daily team huddles. You will ensure compliance with medical standards and documentation, while focusing on direct patient care in a supportive, team-based environment.
About You
Required:
- Current and unrestricted medical license or willingness to obtain necessary licenses.
- Graduate of an accredited MD or DO program.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated interpersonal skills with colleagues and patients.
- Engagement in integrated team-based care model.
- Willingness to adapt to a value-based care setting.
- Superior patient/customer service skills.
- Basic computer skills, including email and EMR.
Preferred:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English.
- Board certification or eligibility in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Geriatric Medicine.
- Active and unrestricted DEA license.
- Medicare Provider Number.
- 2-5 years of directly applicable experience.
- Experience managing a Medicare Advantage panel of patients.
- Knowledge of Medicare guidelines and HEDIS quality indicators.
