About You
- Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) or Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies (MMS).
- 1 year of dedicated experience in direct primary care settings as a provider.
- Active and verifiable license and DEA.
- Proficient in providing comprehensive primary care, including chronic care management and preventive health measures.
- Understanding of HEDIS quality metrics related to preventative screenings and chronic conditions.
