About You
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline with 5 years of experience, a Master's degree in a STEM discipline with 3 years of experience, or a PhD in a STEM discipline with 1 year of relevant experience.
- Hands-on experience with semiconductor fabrication equipment.
- Hands-on experience with Metrology equipment (such as CD SEMs, profilometers, Raman Spectroscopy, ellipsometers, XRD, XRF).
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment for extended periods of time.
- Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC).
- Acted as a technical lead in prior experiences.
- US Citizenship required.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Experience in lean manufacturing practices and structured problem-solving methodology.
- Data analysis and visualization (JMP).
- Formal team leadership or management experience.
- Experience developing technical specifications for equipment procurement.
- Experience utilizing KLA, AMAT equipment.
- Experience coordinating with vendors.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance with a polygraph.
