Summary
FullStack is seeking a Principal Agentic Engineer to join their team remotely in the USA. The role focuses on defining the architecture for global enterprises to adopt agentic workflows and transitioning clients to AI-augmented engineering productivity.
About the Role
As a Principal Agentic Engineer, you will serve as a strategic consultant and technical lead, working with regulated industries and Fortune 500 clients. Your responsibilities will include assessing current engineering states, defining roadmaps for agentic solutions, and engaging with engineering leadership to defend architectural decisions. You will also design development processes where AI systems generate implementation code while ensuring human-in-the-loop validation.
About You
Required:
- 8-10+ years of professional software development experience with a deep understanding of full-stack architectures (e.g., Java, Python, C#, React, Node, React Native).
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Successful completion of a four-year college degree.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect or Principal Engineer.
- Deep fluency in Agentic Tooling like Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, or GitHub Copilot.
- Experience designing development processes with AI systems.
Preferred:
- Exceptional soft skills and ability to represent the FullStack team confidently.
- Experience working on Agile/Scrum teams.
- Meaningful experience working on large, complex systems.
