About the Role
As a Principal AI Architect, you will lead pre-sales technical design, shape best practices around generative AI, collaborate with teams to build prototypes, develop thought leadership content, and act as a central technical knowledge resource. You will also map and integrate external agents, enable conversational agents, drive prompt engineering, and support early adoption efforts.
About You
Required:
- Several years in solutions engineering, architecture, or technical consulting, ideally in B2B SaaS.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce.
- Strong understanding of external agent ecosystems and interoperability.
- Proven track record in prompt engineering, agent lifecycle management, and hands-on prototype development.
- Experience with machine learning concepts (predictive and generative AI).
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM and modern data stacks.
- Proficiency in programming (e.g., JavaScript, Python, SQL) or Salesforce development (Apex, Lightning Web Components).
- Strong presentation skills and ability to explain complex ideas.
Preferred:
- Experience integrating Salesforce with external agents via APIs and open standards.
- Familiarity with prompt governance, observability, and monitoring frameworks.
- Background in cross-platform integrations.
- Prior exposure to conversational voice pipelines or multimodal integrations.
- Exposure to AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud AI platforms.
