About the Role

As a Principal Applications Developer, you will collaborate with global teams to design and develop scalable, cloud-based applications using VBCS Redwood UI, JavaScript, Java, REST services, and AI Agents. You will lead the integration of Oracle Fusion HCM with other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality. Your responsibilities will include analyzing customer specifications, implementing changes to software architecture, building new products, and providing technical leadership to the HCM team.

About You

Required:

Proficiency in Java, J2EE, JavaScript frameworks, and PLSQL.
Working experience with major cloud vendors like OCI, AWS, Azure.
Demonstrated expertise in system-level design, service-oriented architecture, and web services (REST/SOAP).
Experience with cloud-native micro-services and micro-frontend architectures.
Expertise in integration technologies like Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Strong analytical and debugging/problem-solving skills.
Experience in Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery principles.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred:

Working knowledge on developing Payroll Applications.
Familiarity with DevOps tools - GIT/Jenkins/Docker.
Proficiency in design patterns.
