About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience.
- Six or more years of relevant experience in Solution Architecture or Sales Engineering in the Contact Center and Voice Security space.
- Proven expertise in at least one major Contact Center platform (e.g., Genesys, Cisco, NICE) and Voice Security.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering.
- Two or more years of experience developing and implementing business strategies.
- Industry certifications such as CCNA Collaboration, Microsoft Teams Voice, Genesys Cloud Certified.
