About the Role
As a Principal BFSI Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing marketing strategies that resonate with financial services executives. Your tasks will include translating product capabilities into business outcomes, leading content needs for sales, driving inbound and outbound marketing programs, and defining success metrics for platform awareness and engagement. You will collaborate across various teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives and support executive events targeting business leaders.
About You
Required:
- 12+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or industry solution marketing roles.
- 7+ years of direct financial services experience, either with financial services organizations or with technology vendors supporting the financial services vertical.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills across disciplines.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in developing impactful marketing strategies and programs.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. MBA a plus.
- Familiarity with software product development processes.
- Experience in virtual desktop and virtual application infrastructure or security solutions.
- A passion for technology and understanding of the enterprise software landscape.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Oracle).
