Citrix is seeking a Principal BFSI Product Marketing Manager to join their team in Colorado, United States. The role focuses on crafting compelling value propositions and messaging for financial services customers.
About the Role
As a Principal BFSI Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing business decision maker value propositions, translating product capabilities to business outcomes, and leading content needs for sales. You will initiate and drive inbound and outbound marketing programs, align cross-functional initiatives, support executive events, and define success metrics for platform awareness and engagement.
About You
Required:
- 12+ years of experience in product marketing, solution marketing, or industry solution marketing roles.
- 7+ years of direct financial services experience, either with financial services organizations or with technology vendors supporting the financial services vertical.
- Ability to work autonomously across multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Solid understanding of marketing principles and best practices.
- Demonstrated experience in developing impactful marketing strategies and programs.
- Experience preparing for and presenting to executive level audiences.
- Solid business rigor skills of program development, management, analysis and reporting.
- Solid knowledge of key business drivers and the process for technology decision making.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA a plus.
- Familiarity with software product development processes.
- Experience in virtual desktop and virtual application infrastructure or security solutions.
- A passion for technology and understanding of the enterprise software landscape.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Eloqua) and CRM systems (e.g., Oracle).
