About the Role
As a Principal BIOS / Firmware Architect, you will be responsible for developing long-term hyperscale server technology strategies, driving internal and external integration of system level engineering strategy, and working directly with customers on custom hyperscale server and rack designs. You will also identify differentiation opportunities and provide technical leadership to internal teams.
About You
Required:
- 10+ years of direct industry experience in server design and architecture.
- Experience with high-speed design, signal integrity issues, and x86/ARM/GPU platform architectures.
- Strong knowledge of server & rack architecture, system level design, and overall server management.
Preferred:
- MS in Electrical, CS or Mechanical Engineering.
- Working knowledge of server operating systems including Windows Server and Linux.
- Experience with Server Virtualization Solutions (VMware, Citrix or Hyper-V).
