About You
Required:
- High School diploma required; college degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years in a related industry; 5+ years of supervisory experience in a poultry processing facility.
- Knowledge of OSHA, USDA, and HACCP regulations.
- Proficient in standard computer applications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and teamwork abilities.
- Demonstrated leadership by example and sound judgment.
- Strong managerial capabilities and excellent safety and attendance records.
