Summary
Medtronic is seeking a Principal Clinical Specialist to join their team in Raleigh, NC. The role involves providing technical, educational, clinical, and sales support for Cardiac Ablation Solutions.
About the Role
As a Principal Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the Region in meeting sales and customer service objectives for Cardiac Ablation Solutions. This includes providing technical assistance during ablation procedures, educating and training healthcare personnel on AFS products, and collaborating with sales representatives to achieve sales goals. You will also be required to travel within your assigned territory and occasionally outside of it.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or GED with a minimum of 11 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field, OR
- Associate degree with a minimum of 9 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field, OR
- Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 7 years of work experience in healthcare within an EP, Cath Lab setting or sales in the cardiac field.
- IBHRE or RCIS or RCES Certification required.
Preferred:
- B.A./B.S. Degree in nursing, cardiovascular, life sciences, or technical discipline with a minimum of four years’ work experience in the cardiac field, hospital/clinic or sales.
- Experience in the cardiac catheter ablation field, EP lab, in a hospital/clinic or EP medical sales providing technical/clinical support.
- Proven track record with technical training assignments.
