Summary
Unanet is seeking a Principal Customer Solutions Engineer (GovCon) to be the strategic technical resource ensuring customers achieve their desired outcomes and understand how Unanet's product can help them solve business problems.
About the Role
As a Principal Customer Solutions Engineer, you will establish and nurture relationships with customers through demos and account reviews. You will be the primary technical point of contact for multiple customers, working alongside the Customer Success team to translate business goals into actionable steps. Your responsibilities include communicating product value, driving customer success, supporting strategic accounts, collaborating across teams, enabling team and customer knowledge, representing Unanet externally, and executing tasks with excellence.
About You
Required:
- 7+ years of combined experience in accounting, finance and/or Unanet GovCon ERP.
- Understanding of basic accounting principles.
- Team player who can work collaboratively with remote team members.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of Unanet or other project-based ERP experience.
- Consulting experience in government or software.
- Understanding of GovCon or AEC industries.
- Experience with Salesforce, ChurnZero, Gainsight, and other CRM/CS platforms.
- Possess a deep understanding of technical solutions and how it can help solve business problems for customers.
