- At least 10 years of experience in data and analytics, with at least 5 years in a leadership or management role.
- Prior consulting background required.
- Proven track record of selling and delivering successful data and analytics projects.
- Strong knowledge of data and analytics tools such as SQL, Python, Tableau, Power BI, AWS, Azure.
- Experience with artificial intelligence (AI) models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Experience in managing presales solutioning and sales enablement responsibilities.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a team of architects and data scientists.
- Willingness to travel 10-20%.
