About the Role
As the Principal Data Scientist, you will drive cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams. You will lead the development and implementation of advanced analytics techniques, including predictive modeling and machine learning, to extract actionable insights from large datasets. Additionally, you will establish KPIs and performance dashboards to monitor key business metrics and identify areas for improvement.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, similar technical field of study, or equivalent practical experience.
- 15 years of professional experience as a Data Science or Engineering leader.
Preferred:
- Ability to initiate and lead successful improvement initiatives across organizations.
- Innovative problem-solving skills and ability to turn ambiguity into clear solutions.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to inspire commitment and drive success within teams.
