About the Role
As a Principal Data Scientist & Analytics, you will be responsible for delivering product insights, defining and delivering metrics, designing and implementing experiments, collaborating with various teams, and influencing product improvements through data-driven insights. You will also play a key leadership role in building high-impact teams and fostering collaboration across the organization.
About You
Required:
- Doctorate in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, Economics, Operations Research, Computer Science, or related field AND 5+ years data-science experience.
- OR Master's Degree in the same fields AND 7+ years data-science experience.
- OR Bachelor's Degree in the same fields AND 10+ years data-science experience.
- 5+ years of experience in at least one of programming languages like Python/R/MATLAB/C#/Java/C++.
Preferred:
- Doctorate in the same fields AND 8+ years data-science experience.
- Master's Degree in the same fields AND 10+ years data-science experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in the same fields AND 12+ years data-science experience.
- Great organizational, analytical, data science skills and intuition.
- Fantastic problem solver with the ability to solve unprecedented problems.
- Excellent communication skills to convey insights to senior leaders.
Benefits
- Typical base pay range across the U.S. is $139k - $275k per year.
- Different pay range for specific locations like San Francisco Bay area and New York City is $188k - $304k per year.
