About You
- Master's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- A minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a specific focus on digital transformation in the Pharmaceutical and MedTech industry for the past 7 years.
- Proven track record in designing, implementing, and measuring the success of digital transformation strategies across multiple functional areas.
- Expertise in the seamless integration of digital solutions into enterprise systems, such as SAP S/4HANA.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding project management capabilities.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong ability to foster and maintain robust client relationships.
- Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the Pharmaceutical and MedTech sectors.

- Base Salary: $280k–$312k/year (DOE)
