About the Role
As a Principal Electrical Engineer, you will perform simulations and analyses using MATLAB and Python for system performance, operate radar systems, provide design proposals for system enhancements, and collaborate in an agile environment with various engineering disciplines.
About You
Required:
- Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience or an Advanced Degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience.
- Experience with Active Electronically Scanned Arrays (AESA).
- Experience in C++, Python, and Java software development environments.
- Experience in a Linux environment.
- Experience with configuration management tools (Git/Bitbucket).
- Prior experience working in a lab environment with RF and standard test equipment.
Preferred:
- PhD in mathematics, physics, or related fields.
- Experience with design and product development of software-defined systems.
- Working knowledge of real-time computing and embedded processing.
- Experience analyzing air traffic radar key performance parameters.
- Experience collaborating in agile development with systems and software engineering disciplines.
